Heartwork Design Studio started when I was peparing for my husband’s major milestone birthday. As the ‘guy who has everything’, finding a meaningful one-of-a-kind gift had become a daunting task. I soon realized that an off-the-shelf item would not fill the need: he deserved something uniquely personal and from the heart. Something sentimental he would cherish forever.

Back then our young son was the most meaningful thing in our lives, and with that as my inspiration the graphic designer in me took over. Built around my guys’ beautiful relationship and the priceless trove of photos we had amassed since our son’s birth, my first custom photographic artwork was born. Not to be outdone, a Heartwork to celebrate the arrival of our daughter came soon after, followed by artworks for family and friends. It turns out we all need Heartworks in our lives.

Since then I have built a collection to honor the connections we all hold in our hearts. From birthdays to weddings, graduations and memorials, I continue to design a Heartwork piece for every important milestone. I hope you feel inspired by my designs.
